We are looking for people to help us grow our business. 

Who are we? 

We are an event rental business serving southern Utah & surrounding areas. We supply inflatables of all varieties (wet/dry slides, bounce houses, combos, obstacle courses & carnival games), dunk tanks, yard games, concession stands, event/ride/concession attendants, tables & chairs, event decor, etc… for public & private events large & small. We do multiple annual public events for different types of fairs, we work with the city for some of their annual events & we do private events like birthday parties, reunions, weddings, corporate events, etc… We are rapidly growing & have some big plans & expectations for the coming years. Part of those expansion plans means we need to start building a great team to help us get there. 

Who are we looking for? 

We are in a very customer service-oriented industry, so the two main things we must have, are reliable people with good work ethics. To start, we’ll be looking for a few people for part-time help, people who enjoy being outdoors, are maybe looking to make some extra $ & see if they like the work. If that’s all they want & it’s a good fit, then that’s where it can stay, we always need great workers. If you like the work and want more, there will be opportunities for those who are a good fit. 

What is required? 

Jr. Staff (everyone will start here): 

Work would be minimal hours, as needed, and main duties would include learning how to set up/take down inflatables & how to clean & maintain them in between rentals. Additionally, you could work events, which may also include running a dunk tank or other event games. If you have a food handlers card, you can be booked as a concessions attendant (pay is a little extra & may get tips). All work would be on an as-needed / as-wanted basis. Which means we would let you know what is available and you could opt in or out of the job. Payment would be hourly, paid bi-monthly. This is where everyone starts with training & a great option for those just looking for a little extra work on the side. 

Sr. Staff: 

Work would be as outlined above, but these people get priority on all jobs. These people have consistently shown up, worked hard & done well working with others. You may be paired with a Jr. Staffer or another Sr. Staffer for individual jobs. Most jobs require 2 people.

Sr. Staff Driver: 

Work would be as outlined above, but these people have first dibs on all jobs. These people have consistently shown up, worked hard & done well working with others. They must be detail-oriented, have good communication skills & be very reliable. You may be paired with a Jr. Staffer or another Sr. Staffer for individual jobs. For smaller jobs, you may be dispatched solo. Most jobs require 2 people, at least one person per job will be required to drive a company vehicle & therefore must have a valid driver's license & good driving record. 

Manager: 

We prefer to promote from within, so ideally, one of our valued Sr. Staffers will also display good leadership qualities & have a desire for more. This person will want to learn how to build a great team, & manage & help grow a successful business. This could include marketing, networking, events, social media, scheduling, recruiting, training &/or any other day-to-day operations depending on their abilities & interests. They would display excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, have good communication skills & be very reliable. This person would need a valid driver's license & good driving record.

All employees must be able to lift 100 lbs, and pass a background check & a drug test.

October-February is our slower season & the perfect time to start training. March is when things really start to pick up, May-August is extremely busy, & September is when things start to ease up a bit.
